Biography
| Drevin was a painter, graphic artist. Studied at the Art School in Riga under V.E. Purvits (1908 - 13). Lived in Moscow since 1914. Member group (1915 - 1917), the Moscow Painters' Union (1924 - 25), the Association of Artists of Revolutionary Russia (since 1926), the Society of Moscow Artists (1928 - 32), the 13 Group (1931). He created landscapes, portraits, genre and subjectless paintings. At the end of 1930-s he tried to paint in realistic way. |
