Biography
| Basuke Yamada worked at the end of the 19th and the first half of the 20th century. The artist was an impressionist painter, mainly western style. His landscape prints created in the 1930's are very well known. These prints were carved by Takano Shichinosuke, printed by Ono Tomisaburo, and published by Fusui Gabo.The artist signed his art works with Yamada Baske. |
