| Beisen Kubota was born in 1852 in Kyoto.The artist spent alot of time traveling all over Europe,North America and China.At the end of his travels he established the Kyoto Prefectural School of Painting along with Kono Bairei.Beisen Kubota worked as a illustrator during the Sino-Japanese war.The artist died in 1906. |
