Bing Wang was born in 1961 in Ganan located in the northwest part of the People's Republic of China and in the province of Gansu. He enrolled at Zhangye School os Fine Arts in Gansu in 1978. He has received several awards and prizes and has pieces at the China Fine Art Museum and Fine Art Museum of Beijing.
