Biography
| Cheng Hsu was born in 1959 in Yanan Southern Province.The artist graduated from the Department of Graphic Arts Of Yunun Art College in 1982.Cheng Hsu created a revolutionary new method of making woodblock prints in the early 1980's. It is called the reduction woodblock print. Currently the artist is very ill,and is not able to make any more woodblock prints, which therefore makes the artist's prints rare. |
