Drawing, to me is like my bread and water. My life source, my passion, my goal.
For the longest time, ever since I can remember, I have drawn when given the opportunity. From a tiny toddler to the age of 11, I had drawn with hardly any skill. The simple pleasure and joy it gives me and still does is like no other. I began to take my work more seriously because I was simply curious how far those skills of mine would grow. Surprisingly, they improved a lot!.
As the years went by, I found that drawing was truly a magical and exciting thing. I now draw wherever and whenever I possibly can. No matter what, I always make sure to have paper, pencil, and sharpener with me at all times.
Although I still have much to learn, I work with full confidence in myself that the drawing will come out great. At times, I get so lost in my drawings that I lose track of time, date, and plans that I had prepared. But, I don’t mind (much).
Drawing frees me from any hatred, sadness, or just any negative thoughts at the time. It is the sun and moon that makes the days go by.
What is it about drawing that makes me feel this way? Simply put, that for me growing up was pretty good. But, I felt that something was missing. So, I decided to truly for once in my life, pursue something with determination and hard work. And that’s what I did.
From that point on, life has opened new doors to a path leading towards an even happier life. Drawing has even given me a starting point for my career. My plan is to own my own art business. To put it simply, drawing is my life.
