Anything and everything can spark my imagination... a photograph, a good book, an inspirational movie, a neat design, famous quotes... even random words are a great starting place to come up with something new (especially if you are feeling stuck)!

Hmmm...should this discussion topic be "what DOES spark my imagination"?

For me, rainy days and cold weather do the trick. Starting up a fire in my fire place, turning on some mellow ambient tunes, and opening the window shades is one way to get me going.

I also feel most creative when I am surrounded by an environment of creative people too!

Nature often times sparks my creativity, and does the kind of mood that I am in (at least in terms of the work that I create).
