I do this little tidbit when I really want to get something done/ not get something done. I hope it helps you too.
1. Get a timer. This could be a real timer, like a watch, or a widget you can download if you do a quick Google search.
2. Set the time for 25 minutes and work furiously. Don't take any breaks.
3. When the timer goes off, set it for 5 minutes and do whatever you want: eat toast, watch TV, read a few pages out a good book, spin around, throw up.
4. Keep doing this until you're done or you've gotten enough work finished.
