Fuping Xiao was born in 1985 in Changzhi City which is located in the southeast of Shanxi Province. He attended and graduated from the Printmaking Department of Fine Art Academy. He has won some prestigious awards such as the golden prize of the National Art Exhibition and a silver medal prize of the second Hunan Art Exhibitition.
