Biography
| Hiratsuka Yuji was born in 1954 in Osaka, Japan which is located at the mouth of the Yodo River on Osaka Bay on the island of Honshu. At Oregon State University he teaches printmaking. He moved to the United States in the mid 1980's. Throughout the world he has won national and international awards. His works are in Museums of Modern Art in New York, New York Public Library, Tokyo Central Museum, The British Museum and others. |
