Biography
| Though he has been known to wander onto the commercial side of art (designing t shirts, posters and music videos), Jeremy Fish will still linger in our minds for his sweet yet scary drawings and paintings. Fish uses a plethora of cute, fuzzy, animals (most notably, pink bunnies) coupled with a darker side involving skulls, revolvers and other "brutal" images. The rounded edges and dark outlines (reminiscent of tattoo art) carefully blends the two worlds together in a visually appealing balance of cute and creepy. He currently resides in San Francisco's North Beach, within walking distance of one of his secret murals that, if you search hard enough, can be found in the Mission. Be prepared for the most disturbed pink bunny you have ever seen. |
