Li Xue was born in 1978 in Yunnan province located in the far southwest of the country. She attended and graduated from the Art Department of Yunnan Nationalities University. She prefers working in black and white woodblock. She won prizes for her work and her works are shown at Anhui Art Gallery and the Guangdong Art Gallery1.
