| Minjie Zhang was born in Tangshan in 1959, in the province of Hebei, Hebei completed surrounds Beijing and Tiayin. He had a life changing experience when he almost died in a earthquake. His works reflects his experience of coming close to death. His studios were done at central Academy of Fine Arts in printmaking. |
