Biography
| Exhibited since 1912. In 1910-20s, painted landscapes and portraits (oil, watercolor, xylography), drew illustrations for magazines (Russia Sun, Lukomor'ye, Red Panoram, Red Cornfield etc.) In 1918-23, designed decorations in Moscow theaters (Operette, Revolution) and movies (Khanjonkov Studio). In 1928-31, designed postal stamps for Goznak Factory. Illustrated books for children. Her one-artist show took place in 1915 in Tsarskoye Selo. Her works can be seen at the Central State Theater Museum etc. She led an artistic circle in the House of Scientists (1933-36). |
