Born in 1920, Tedda Smith was a Southern Humboldt artist in California. Besides painting, Smith trained and rode horses. In 2002, she donated forty of her paintings to the Six Rivers Planned Parenthood in California as part of her estate. Smith died in 2004.
Smith's painting portray Western scenes including piano players, bars, and card sharks. She is also a landscape artist. Her paintings are full of color and humor. |
