Elena is the first appraiser willing to help me. She was very gracious and understanding of my desire to find out what some pieces of my parents are worth. I found a piece of art at local thrift store and reached out to Art Fortune LLC and found out from Elena that it was in fact a rare and an original piece! Elena was very helpful and knowledgeable about the piece. She was very helpful in explaining it's value and importance while also being very prompt and available over the phone to help a newbie like myself. I hired Elena at Art Fortune to evaluate a painting I've had in my family. Our discussion was brief, as she was everything I was looking in an art appraisal. She indicated that it was usually a 4 to 5 day turnaround for the appraisal, and I got it well within that timeframe. The appraisal was exactly what I needed for my insurance company. It was comprehensive and included all relevant information I was looking for in a appraisal.
